The "Notice Me" guy... How to never get a job and be a drain on society superstar for sure. Nothing against tattoo's and piercings (I have my share) but as soon as you mess with your face, you are officially retarded.
Good friend of mine is the head librarian/archivist for the Okanogan region of BC. Has a full carpet of tattoo's. 1" below the neckline, 1" above t-shirt cuff and straight to the ankles. No one knows the stuffy Librarian is a biker gone wild!
